I wish we would have seen your sight before we planned to do business with the folks. We did find a couple other negative reviews on other sites, otherwise my husband would have bought the currently advertised 2001 BMW 330ci Silver convertible listed on ebay right now and had it shipped. We decided, even after reading the few reviews, to drive 320 miles to see the car in person. After all, the pictures are gorgeous and it clearly states "Garage kept and always maintained impeccably. No issues just a very well maintained BMW. Surely to please even the fussiest BMW buyer!"

My husband is that fussy BMW buyer. He has had 4 BMWs which have been garage kept and well maintained including the 1999 he owns now. Our daughter drove one of them over 350,000 miles before we sold it so we thought we were going to drive away with this car.

To our surpise, the 2001 330ci advertised on ebay was filthy, literally. I had dirt all over my hands after checking the car out, there were ants coming out of the convertible compartment, a big ding in the passenger door straight through the paint to the metal, nice scratch on the hood, cracked burl on the inside door handle and sticky stuff on the compartments. Still optimistic, thinking a good detail and maybe a buff job, we took it to the BMW dealership. We had set up an appt to have the car checked out by the local dealership in Pompano in advance, just to be sure Fine Cars USA was accurate in it's description.

We arrive at the dealership and immediately they notice some serious under carriage damage, granted it hasn't made it to the rack yet but sure enough we put our hands underneathe the car and there is a big crack! They open up the oil cap and it was covered in sludge! An obvious sign that it was not well maintained, they hooked it up to some machine and all 6 cylinders were miss firing. According to BMW, we could expect to put a new engine in the car in a short period of time. We never had them put it on the rack after that discovery.

We arrive back to Fine Cars USA and tell Moe, the owner, we are no longer interested in the car. He didn't ask why, didn't ask what the dealer said, didn't even look us in the eye, just said "okay" and walked away from us.

There is no way, he didn't know about all the problems this car had, not to mention it wasn't even clean! He was willing to sell us a car, knowing darn well the engine would fail! Horrible people! Fine Cars USA is very misleading and ebay has them ranked with a 99.2% positive feedback! How is this possible? These people should not be in business but in jail for fraud!

Do not buy from fine cars usa!!! Warning! Warning!
