Want printout of medical expenses for 2009

Called Pharmacy to request copy of medical expense report for 2009. I was told I had to come to store to sign paper to have them do the report. I said Why. It is the federal law - you have to do that. I told her I did not have to do that last year. She also said I could go on line to get the report. I did try this route. However, you have to know the store number & you have to have a prescription number before anything else. I only got my prescriptions at Wal Mart for about the first 3 mos in 2009 & I changed to another store to get my prescriptions. How was I suppose to remember a prescription number that far back. Wal Mart pharmacy & their store is a big joke as far as I am concerned. I will probably never get the report even if I go to the store.
