Loan Sold to Bank, Then Repeated Homeowners Insurance Charges

I had a mortgage with Poplar Mortgage for two years and everything ran smooth. Unfortunately my loan was sold to BoA four months ago and it has become a nightmare. They have made it difficult for me to make payments. They continue to charge me for home owners insurance, even though I faxed them a copy of my policy 2x. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get to a real person. When I do reach a real person, all get is polite statements read from an index card. They offer no help. I am completely disgusted with this company. Thank You Obama for bailing them out. You should have let them fail. There is a reason why they were in that position in the first place.
