Real Estate Piracy! How many people have to be tormented before something is done

EMC Mortgage is attempting to rip-off consumers, and obtain real estate through fraudulent means! My wife and I fell several months behind in our mortgage payments, due to an illness she suffered, and her lack of ability to work.in our attempts to get caught up, we sent many payments to them and actually were caught up within a few months of falling behind. To our surprise the collection calls continued to increase. They claim they have not received several payments we know were received by EMC.in dispute, I contacted my bank, Bank of America, and obtained legal, bank provided evidence that all payments were made to EMC as described. They still, to this day, deny receiving any of the payments. I am working with Bank of America, and now an attorney to get my payments recorded properly, and expose this organization for what they are, real estate pirates. I have never been able to speak with a Manager, or Officer in any form, I am always denied access. I filed several claims against them, through their own customer service department, and all were denied, despite accurate, and viable evidence. Now, I am not even given access to the personnel that processed, and denied my claims. Shameful. EMC is not a mortgage company that any of you can trust. Do not let your loan be sold to emc mortgage corp. Tell your lender, tell everyone. This company is horrible, and ruins lives. We cannot refinance, because of the negative credit reporting that has occurred, and our payments were made. Do not let emc mortgage ruin any more lives.
