Bought what was touted as a Burmese ruby from this company and it came with an appraisal which valued this stone at retail $1000.00. I have misplaced the company issued appraisal. I need to pay my property taxes so decided to sell it. Sent it out for an appraisal in Dallas and after three weeks it came back saying it was a crushed and melted stone worth very little. I have the receipt and it shows a 2.26 ct ruby for which I paid $452.00. They have lots of references and a wonderful website and personal help with shopping. No wonder they include their own appraisal with it since it is not what it is supposed to be.
