Brandon and Amber Waters ordered an FHA appraisal from me, I performed the appraisal in a timely fashion, and they have never paid for that appraisal. Subsequently, all their phone numbers have been disconnected, and it appears that this is common for them, and that they just pick up somewhere else and continue to scam homeowners (who pay them for the appraisals) and the appraisers that they order the appraisal from, but never pay for.
