Charged a ridiculous amount over the stated shipping & handling charges

I just ordered 2 sets of Keepers and was charged $31.80 for shipping even though they state All you pay is $7.95 for shipping and handling! I called customer service and was only able to leave my number and someone is suppose to return my call. I will be calling my bank and stopping payment on my debit card. I left a complaint on my voice mail about the shipping and stated I wanted my order canceled immediately. They did state it was on backorder and wouldnt ship for 4 to 6 weeks.
