Shipping and handling too much!

I heard the advertisement on TV and called the number broadcasted as 18006075570. The recorder was very misleading and confusing. It shipped two orders and charged my debit card $66.70. The advertised price was $19.95 plus s/h $7.95 ea set. Its not explained that each order contains two sets, therefore, s/h is $15.90 per set. I paid more for the shipping and handling on the second order than amount of the order, which was only $14.95. They did refund me $10.00 with no hesitation!
