I am so tired of them pulling me around and getting into my accounts!

In august this company called me... I told them i would discuss it with my spouse and they said i had 3 days to cancel. I called the next day to cancel day 1. They told me a supervisor would contact me. I said there is no need just cancel the account. If i have three days there should be no issues. Well no supervisor got back to me and i got the same excuse for several days. I canceled my credit cards. I changed my cell number but ended up going back to old number where i was recieving about ten calls a day from this company all hours of the night as well as day. Eventually i answered explained that im not paying them anything because i canceled and its their problem they threatened to send me to collection stuff... Became a huge issue being i am only 18 and no credit to do anything as is... They told me that the only was to cancel is to pay 775 dollars which is crazyyy... Or make monthly payments and keep account. I was so fusrated and had no clue what to do i went to grocery store and purchased a prepaid visa and paid them the past due and til dec... Somehow they found a way back into my bank account two days ago and took out just over$38 i am confused becase the monthly fee is only 20 some dollars!!! How are they able to take an unauthorized amounit out of my account?!? How did they even find a way back into my account... I pay them monthly because i dont want to deal with them. But they are going to far because they know im young and i totally dont understand all angles of this...
