Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!

Dealing with Home Annex has been the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I placed two orders a week apart, and after more than a month I have only received a partial shipment from one order. E-mails go unanswered by the company. Today I was on the phone for 83 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor (Patrick?), and then was abruptly and purposely disconnected. I don't believe that a supervisor exists at this company. They state "No Shipping Charges" in their ad, then they tack on a hefty fee for "Handling." They charge you up-front for your merchandise, then they never deliver it. Home Annex will NOT notify you when there is a delay in shipping your merchandise due to unavailability. They will NOT contact you in any way once your order is placed. They are interested only in your $, not providing the service to which all customers are entitled. Apparently, there is no management, only a telephone operator for whom you will wait a LONG time, and then be cut off. A terrible company that should NOT BE ALLOWED to conduct business online. It appears to use illegitimate business practices and customer satisfaction is NONEXISTENT!!! Buyer beware!
