I placed an order on 10-22-10. I still have not received it—there is NO progress on my order summary—indicating only order placed. These were birthday gifts that did not arrive on time. After a message to customer service by phone (called several times and reps are always "busy" -so you have to leave a message)-By the way no one called back. I did receive an email after sending two that stated no order cancellation allowed and fulfillment takes 3 to 5 weeks— (I cannot say this was posted when I placed my order)—well they have ONE week now and still my order indicates "placed" NOW the site indicated the processing system is being updated and all orders will be shipped within 15 to 20 days—give me a break. So that means I may wait 7 to 10 weeks? This is by far the worst worst onlien online shopping experience I have ever had.
