I placed an order (which I later cancelled) for some items from their website, in response to an email they sent me advertising "free shipping." When I got to the shopping cart, I saw that they added $3.95 in "handing" charges and $1.95 in "priority shipping" (which I tried to delete but could not) to the total cost of the order.

I wrote to them about this and asked them to remove the handling and priority charges or else cancel the order. They cancelled the order.
