Terrible Service

Property Annex is just a horrible organization to complete business with. I put an order for an in stock drain in December. From the center of January, the purchase nevertheless hadn't appeared and that I was compelled to purchase another drain since I really couldnot endure my task any more. Property Annex declined to stop my purchase even though that it'd not quit their factory yet. They delivered the drain in my experience anyhow! It got me 8 weeks of telephone calls to obtain an RGA#, and that I was educated I'd be billed A - 25% restocking charge. I instantly delivered the drain back and e-mailed House Annex the UPS tracking info. They've had the drain in their factory for 5 months today but still haven't released my reimbursement. After 22 units on-hold together again today, I had been informed I'd obtain my reimbursement in a few days... We will notice.
