GMAC customer service - Auto Loan

GMAC ’s customer service can not electronic refund and overpayment. The real problem is as I talked to three different rep's all stated and used the words CAN NOT AS THE FRIST RESPONE THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Why does it take 10 days to refund an overpaymet. IT ONLY TAKES 10 SECONDS TO TO DRAFT MY ACCOUNT SUCKS!!! I have been locked out of my account on numerous occasions and the only explanation they can give me is “well it looks like you entered the correct information; howeve
