Disappointed

I am very disappointed with HP Home&Home Office I needed for them to change my due date on my account, so i could my payment on time, i call them that i can't paid on date they they put in my statement,
they will not change it for me, they claim that's the date my account goes out. So i told them i would not be able to buy any of their products. The manager David would not do it. I Am very unhappy with this company because i had call my other creditors and all act so courteous and willing to do this for me
