No boots received, charged a higher amount on credit card, no replies about refund!

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this site. They were originally 51.33 but a discount code made them 49.28. They charged the higher non-discounted amount, the name on the credit card statement is something like straighteners.com. I had ordered from them before and although it took a while, and lots of emails prompting them, I finally received the first pair ordered.

Upon ordered again, no boots have been received despite being ordered on 28 Nov I have emailed them asking when they would be dispatched and received promises they would be within 2 days on the 8 Dec. On the 10th I emailed again, they said it was being passed to their 'manager' to urge the shippers to process it on 13 Dec. Still no dispatch code!

Now they are not replying to my email requests asking for a refund or for them to be dispatched. Complete rip-off and obvious internet fraud website! I just thought as I'd received one pair from them there wouldn't be an issue the second time, I guess I was wrong!
