Fraud - List on MLS only

I listed my property with Fidelity Realty for MLS listing only. I listed the property for a real estate partnership ONLY. However, even though I was suppose to be the contact on the listing, the owner of Fidelity listed themselves as my agent, and no contact information about me is given. Also, the property is listed as an outright sale.
