Great Service Extremely Helpful review

I just wanted to put my two cents in. I see a lot of opinions about Fidelity Flat Fee. Some good and some not so good. As an ex real estate broker of over 20 years, I can tell you that these guys really have put together something really fantastic! As an ex-agent I know that if you are serious about selling you need good EXPOSURE! The MLS, ESPECIALLY NOW-A-DAYS, is super strong and provides excellent exposure.

Fidelity provides a very high quality on-line account which was a breeze to use. I signed up on line and managed my listing exclusively through my account. No need for faxes, or emails. Just a simply easy to use interactive account. I did alot of investigating of other flat fee brokers prior to listing. For the most part they all seemed to provide an initial MLS ad for a fair price. BUT I WANTED MORE CONTROL OVER MY LISTING, and Fidelity's account allowed me just that. My home sold within a reasonable time and i kept my equity, so to speak. The Fidelity customer service was top notch, even better than the average "full service" agent. I don't know how they can do it for such a low price, but I'm so thankful to be able to walk away with more of MY OWN MONEY!!!

I recommend Fidelity Flat Fee - to anyone wo has a bit of selling expereience, EITHER AS AN EXPERIENCED SELLER OR EX AGENT. If you are a first time home seller, you should PROBABLY list your property with a FULL SERVICE agent. Though Fidelity's MLS listing service is top notch, they do not have the ability to hold your hand. You really should have a little knowledge as to the ABC's of home selling.

ONE LAST THING: I surely hope that the public will SUPPORT companies like Fidelity Flat Fee. I can see that many people have exhagerated their "poor" service experience with Fidelity. Fidelity did in fact post my listing on the MLS very quickly and I'm pretty sure my listing displayed on every sight they promised.

So, there's my two cents. Keep up the great work Fidelity. I'll be singing praises for some time and I'll be recommending you to all of my investment buddies.
