Pankaj sandhu is the rudest most unprofessional real estate agent we have ever met.

We wanted to put an offer in on a home listed and we asked if there were any offers in on the home." i let you know when your ready to buy it he said sarcastically pointing his hand to the door?!?" we than said we are interested in buying it we would like to know... He repeated the same line again, ignored us stopped us from looking through the home again and even moved towards us trying to take back the property listing detail sheet.

This is a first time for us we have ever seen someone conduct themselves so unprofessionally. He also listed this property below market value as he listed a fully finished detached home for $15k more than a town home in the same area!?

We will be talking to legal counsel as to the conduct of this individual. You certainly would not want this person selling your home if this is the way he treats potential buyers.
