Ripoff

On March 9th. I purchased on line, for a site that says find out any information on anyone including yourself. I needed to find out some information on a person, so I decided to check it out. Before I paid, It said to enter your information on the person in question, so I did. Then it came back stating, it had information on this person. Thats when I decided to buy it. So I paid $24.99 to Direct Digital Media. Right after I paid, I went on the site, and found out I couldn't find out anything. So, I decided to enter in me. I couldn't even get anything on me! So I wrote to them, and I said I had questions, and I left it at that. No response, on their support page. I kept writting, and finally on the 23rd of march I got a response. Asking whats my question? So I wrote back stating that the site doesn't give me any information, not even on myself, and that I want my money back. Now there's nothing again. I have kept records and copies of my letters, so I have proof I've been trying to get a hold of them since the 9th. I am very angry that this crap is happening everywhere. They supposedly have a support line that will help you within 24 hours. Thats the most rediculous thing I have seen, because if you do the math, march 9th to march 23rd is well beyond 24 hours. I'm usually not taken by bogus claims, this time I messed up, and didn't do my home work on the company first. It WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

Can anyone help me get my money back?
