This company does bait and switch beware.
On their website the make statements about pennyweights which are not true.
"When you are selling silver or gold, you may hear a lot of different measurment units mentioned. Actually, many dealers use obscure terms such as Pennyweight (DWT) in order to confuse the seller and make it seem like they are getting a higher price than they really are."
This is not true refining companys use DWT or Pennyweight because gold is sold by kilos and kilos are divisible by the DWT pennyweight, not the gram. It would be like selling meat by the ounces not the pound. They will lie up and down to you and promise to pay you more but don't believe them! They are uneducated and pretend to be honest even have a BBB but are a new company not a trusted company that has been around for the test of time. Here is the bbb explaination of why they have A - its because the length of time business has been operating. Not been in business long enough for complaints. BEWARE they just change company names if they get bad reviews.

I have done my homework and found out the owner of this company had other companies in the gold buying business and keeps changing the company name to decieve consumers. Sell to someone you can do business with face to face and that has a physical location.
