Purchased 14k gold bracelet and two charms - one 14k gold one silver. They are certainly not gold, nor even gold plated. The gold colour wore off in only one day, same with the gold charm. The silver charm is not silver and turned black after a week. It also wasn't the charm I had order. When you try and send a complaint, it bounces back - don't buy anything from this site.
