Love hate - Awful Customer Service

I have a love hate relationship with Direct TV — I do love it when it works.

But calling customer service is a nightmare!

I do have the proctection plan and it does not cover everything — but at least they repalce the box and remote for free — but shouldn't they anyway?

Like I said love hate — it is better then cable
