I guess this place is supposed to be a management company. But somehow, I don't see how they got their degree. This place is ran by a lady named Vicki Raymond, she has one worker who is supposedly the receptionist, I dont remember her name. But both people have horrible customer service skills.

They rented my roomie and I a very old house without central air or heat. Which was ok because they told us the wall heaters worked fine in the winter... Which was a LiE! Things that were hidden on the show of the house somehow became a big problem for my roommate and I. For example, there were numerous holes in the house. This is the email I sent to them after several attemts of unanswered phone calls:

This was on March 23 I am writing this letter to inform you of the problems we are having at * Isabella. I have contacted the office several times and told them what was going on, all to no avail. I find it very unprofessional and unfair that we, as tenants, pay rent and cannot get adequate and sufficient services from you, the landlord. Our next step is to take legal action. The problems are as follows
