I rented a house from sarah holmes. The house is in a neat neighborhood and is a cool old bungalow.

It was listed as having central air conditioning and heat, but we could never get it to cool down in the summer (78 degrees) nor heat up in the winter (68 degrees). Not even close. And big electric bills.

When we asked sarah for help she told us that she keeps her house at 83 degrees during the summer, and that we should be ok with that, and use space heaters in the winter (even with space heaters we froze).

I personally found her difficult to deal with on a variety of small issues as well. I mention this because even if she eventually fixes the hvac, she may very well frustrate you in another manner.
