Unreliable company, do not trust fake products!

I purchased some ugg boots from this company not even 3 months ago as they were a bargain price and i paid extra for a speedy delivery. The terms clearly stated that when paying extra your boots would be with you by day 4, my boots took upto 3weeks to arrive! Then after 2 months they started to fall apart! Everyone knows if these were genuine ugg boots then they are made to last ages! My friend has a pair that are 3 years old and they still look brand new and are fine! I emailed the company requesting a replacement pair or a refund and sent pictures for proof. Their response was i could have a replacement pair if i paid at a discount price! There was a email war and the last email i sent explained to them that if nothing is done i will be filing a report! If i was to buy ugg booits from a shop or retail outlet then i am under guarentee which states a full refund or replacement of faulty goods! Web users beware and do not trust this company!!!
