I ordered a pair of ugg boots from a company mentioned above, when i eventually received the boots, my daughter soon realised that the boots were fake and not genuine ugg boots, and further investigation revealed that the company had indeed scammed other consumers. When i tried to obtain the companies return policy, i was fobbed off with pathetic excuses which were so unproffesional it beggers belief, i was told that it would cost me £55.00 to send them back and 2-3 months to get any refund if any at all. They advised me to keep the boots and to order another pair and would i contribute to the postage costs...?? Eventually i said that i would accept a refund of £80.00, but they have written back and offered me £15.00. I have since discovered that they are a scamming company and i have demanded a full refund and intend to destroy the fake illegal boots so that they cannot be resold to an unsuspecting consumer.
