Refusing to cancel account

I ordered a trial of the colon detox cleanser & did not see small print about cancelling within 14 days. On 11/21 my bank account was charged $ 89.00 for the "trial" product. I called the # on my E mail-866-779-7568 and asked for them to cancel my account. I did not think to get the name of the man who helped me - but he said if I returned the product, I would get a refund to my bank account. I returned the produce via post office & asked for verication of delivery. (Dec. 2-delivery confirmation # = 0308 0730 0001 5145 6469). On 12/7 my bank account was charged $ 93.95 for another shipment of the same product. I called to question the charge & the girl - she wouldn't give me her name - said I had not called the company nor had I canceled. The phone # on this 2nd charge is not the same as the first. (866-597-0349) She refused to allow me to return the product for a debit to my account—instead wanted to send me 2 more bottles - " free". She said I had called the wrong company - but that is the # on the email. She said they in NY-yet their address wiith the BBB is Melbourne, Fla. I only want my account credited for the 2 charges and this horrible account closed. Is there anything you can do to help me. I explained to the girl that I am on a limited income & cannot afford this expensive product. She refused to listen & kept saying they had no record of my cancellation. I have a # - 193910- but am unsure now what this number is for. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Wanda Davis, Wichita Falls, Tx.
