Took pictures from a you tube account and placed them on their site without permission and I can't get in touch with them to remove them. Don't really know it is Japanese

I had a video on you tube 2 years ago which I deleted. The guest on my show is very upset that her name and picture is affiliated with this site. I can't get in touch with them to remove the picture. I don't know what to do to get it removed.
