This is the rudest, most unprofessional bunch of liars I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My service was so bad my TV was unwatchable. Complaints to TWC did no good. I contacted the FCC and was told I'd have to file a complaint with their local franchising authority, and that authority name should be on my bill. It isn't. I emailed TWC asking who it was. Long story short... For three weeks all I got was run-arounds and lies. Bare-faced lies. Finally, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then, and only then, they told me it was the Texas Public Utilities Commission.
They do anything necessary to subvert customers ability to file actual complaints.
They're a monopoly and they conduct business as such.
Their customer service is non-existant.
They continue to raise rates while cramming whatever programming they see fit down our throats... Continually showing preference to networks that fall under their corporate umbrella at the exclusion of other, better programming.
Absolute nightmare to deal with these people.
