Refaced Kitchen Cabinets for $4300 Failing, Offered Gift Card

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced, and I was told that the material is strong and durable. After the installer did the job, he told me to move my toaster because the heat would warp the material. I am still paying for this job. It cost $4300.00, and the service man has been here 4 times already.

I called their customer service and they called me back and asked what I wanted them to do. I asked that $400.00 be removed from my bill. They called back and offered me a $200.00 gift card for their store, which I think is ridiculous. Already a knob has fallen off, the adhesive has come loose on a part of it, and there was a spot under my cabinet that was not finished. The installer pulled tape from the wall with tape, and one of the representatives told me to just move the toaster.
