Hoa management = extortion! Scam!

Adept Management, Crystal Howard and Mary Bolchalk are more interested in collecting fines and fees than actually "managing" their HOA's.

Adept has sent me numerous letters about so-called "Violations" when I haven't violated anything at all. They write me letters and fine me. Write me letters and fine me.

They say my garage door is open too long during the day. How can this be? I live alone and I work all day.

They say my trash cans are out 3 days after the garbage man comes. This is incorrect. On garbage days I put my cans away right when I get home from work.

They say they are going to call animal control if my Dog doesn't stop barking late at night. I don't have a dog, I have 3 fish.
