I bought a new home on 2008. The adept community management was supposed to have been maintaining our common property. They would not respond to our calls. They would not pay the landscaping guy to care for our property. They did not conduct Home Owner meetings for the first 3 years. Yes that right. For the first 3 years, we did not know or hear from them at all. The city sent citations to them for not maintaining the property. Only after that did they respond. They hired a landscaper to take care of the property. Due to their bad service, I stopped paying them. They sent my account to collections and are now sending a intent to foreclose. Thats right. They are going to foreclose on my home. They also mentioned that they handled many such foreclosure before. The irritating thing is that they will send the foreclosure notice without the Board approval. Beware of them. They just want your money. They will not maintain your property. They will not respond to your calls. But they will insist on your prompt payment or else...
