Non repair on warranty

For the last 4 months I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed by samsung on warranty and they have just played me off by telling me they would call me back and get to the bottom of things. Well I am still waiting and still no results. This has been going on since the beginning of March. I will never buy another Samsung product.
