Oscar's ripped me off!

I think that Oscar's Bar & Grill may be ripping its customers off! I will never ever go to Oscars Bar & Grill again, I thought it was a great place to go to until I went there last Friday night and they ripped me off, of course I did not find this out until Monday morning, they over charged me and they double charged me, I spoke to a very nice women on the phone and she told me to get my bank statement and bring it in, like something was going to be done with it, so I took time out of my day to go in there on Monday thinking that maybe I could get my money back that they took out of my account without my approval and the guy I spoke to was completely rude and said they do not hold on to there receipts, granted it had only been two days since I had been in there, and he said that I would have to dispute it with my bank and said that it was fraud, wouldnt you think that he would want to help, being that one of his waitresses could have possibly over charged me, and maybe given herself a tip off of my receipt without my knowing it, he also said that he has people coming in there 2 to 3 times a week saying that they over charged them, and he said its because there drunk! I will never go there again! Not mention on friday night when we went there my friend ordered corn dogs and when he received them they were still frozen, and the waitress we had was extremely rude, for all I know she took my receipt and wrote her own tips, there probably not making and money so they have to rip there customers off to stay up and running! I just want to make sure that there not doing this to other people, because if it wasn't for my bank account getting overdrawn because of them I would have not found out that they did this, so please let other folks know, so they dont have to go through the same crap that i did!
