Bone found in hot dog - cheese dogs

I just bought some Oscar Meyer Cheese Hot Dogs from Safeway in Prunedale, CA. I was eating one and bit down on something hard. I spit it out and found a piece of bone in the hot dog which I saved. I am very upset about this because it is disgusting, children often eat the cheese dogs and it also makes me question Oscar Meyers processing quality. Does this happen often and what can be done to resolve this problem? I am a long time customer but will no longer eat any Oscar Meyer products is this is not addressed and will also tell everyone I know about it as well as post online about it is it is not remedied.
