Not ready for prime time - tv, internet and phone

I have had ATT Uverse since 12/08 and have had nothing but problems.
1. Could not get my voice mails
2. Could not log on to my computer
3. MY phone went completely dead and I could not call out or receive call.
These were finally fixed after a month of talking to the service dept.
Now my biggest problem is when the TV freezes up and I am on the phone my call is lost and I cannot use the phone until the TV comes back on or until I shut it off and wait a few minutes.
I think ATT should have waited and teseted this product a little longe
