We signed up with at%t uverse around sept 16th. We have had nothing but problems since oct.!! We have had numerous guys out here and everytime they come as we have to be here so they can get in and they tell us the problem is in the liune at the pole! Nothing gets fixed!!! It works for a day and back to freezing up, which not only does it affect the cable but the internet and the phone line!!! This is rediculous and a huge annoyence. We are very dissatisfied and want this to be fixed! We pay 160. A month and the service sux! I want reimbursed.
