Billed For Something I Didn't Orde

On Nov. 10 I received an invoice from The H.E.R.O. Foundation saying I owed $49.98 for 15 gallon trash bags that I had supposedly ordered 4/10/09.

I have never heard of this company!

I called their number right away and got an answering machine. This morning (11/11/09) someone named "Jack" returned my call. I asked him where they got my address and why they were billing me for something I definitely didn't order. He said he didn't know, he just knew it was in the computer. Asked me if I would like to cancel the order. I said yes, I wanted it cancelled and I wanted all my information taken out of their data base. He said he would do both. So, I hope it really is taken care of.

But, I want to know how they got my name and address and what kind of racket they are pulling on me and maybe thousands of other people. I couldn't find any information about them on the internet.
