I had made a order with birthday mania on 2-27-12 for my daughters birthday party on 3-11-12. I selected priority mail so I would get it in time 5-7days. On 3-1-12 I still hadn't received the party supplies, so I called to get a refund an cancel my order. I got the answering machine after many tries of getting the fax machine (didn't call the fax number). I left a message telling them that I wanted my order cancelled an get a refund of 50.30the total cost.

I didn't received my order They didn't email me for comfirmation. I left a message to cancel the order I called an told them I wanted my full refund seeing how they mailed the items after I called an cancelled the order. That I don't want to be charged 20% restocking fee or mailing fee since they never should have mailed the items after I had cancelled it.
