Not informed order was cancelled and have not gotten a refund

I ordered a twin size foundation for a memory foam mattress. I paid 199.00 via online, on 06. I waited 10 days to find out my order was cancelled and they didn't have any. They took my order without having any in stock. Then I was told by customer service that I was sent an email informing me of all this. That was a complete lie. I was told that I had to request a refund. Are you kidding me? I have to request my money back when you never had the item in stock you scammers. I told them over the phone several times I wanted my money back and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was told the first three calls that their computer system was down. Then I was told that no supervisor was available and I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. I am warning everyone. Do not buy from Affordable-beds.com. I am so angry. I was waiting 10 days for my foundation to come and then I find out they don't have any. Stay away from this company. I am extremely unhappy with them. I contacted IC3 for internet fraud. I contacted the Attorney General of Illinois where I live and I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I will get my money back. I will not let them get away with this.
