Bad customer service and trouble getting a refund

Hi

My name is Judy.in late September of this year I was looking for a job when I saw a posting for a job in wildlife. It seemed like a reputable company and they promised to send me my study materials by mail... Which they never did. On many occassions I called to ask them and on many occassions they said they would send it but of course that has been months now and still no response from this company. I have contacted the BBB as well but they have not done a thing. I am angry and hurt because I spent money which I currently needed in hopes of acquiring a job which turned out to be a scam. I just want a refund and I also want justice. I do not want anyone else to go through what I have gone through with this company. These people have the worst customer service and they lie in order to take people's hard earned money. All I want is a refund back... I can deal without an explanation.
