Pc World Communications
PC World Communications magazine subscription scam

Miscellaneous

Back around feb i submitted for free 2 magazines on an online website. The magazines would come from pc world with an option to subscribe for a full yr. I received the magazines then thinking that would be the end of it pc world wrote back demanding $19.97 for the full yr in which i never agreed to do.

Now i am getting letters from their credit dept stating that i have an overdue bill and that this account is being referred to their delinquent account dept unless i send the $19.97 for a full yr subscription in which i never did agree to... I was only suppose to get 2 free issues of the magazine in which i did received. The letters do not have a phone number that i cannot call to straighten this problem out and now they are using these strong arm tactics to force me to take out a subscription with them and hurt my credit rating.
