Ripoff, fraudulant billing, suspected signature forgery rip off scam con artists

My company received a bill for 299.98 supposedly for a hard cover book listing addresses or some sort of information, of which I could never get a complete description. I called the "customer service" only to be told that thay had proof of a receipt signed by the U.P.S. Delivery system.
I received a copy of the signed receipt from U.P.S., but the signature did NOT match the employees signature, and the delivery was a generic receipt not stating where the delivery was from. We receive packages on a daily basis for samples in the construction field and there is NO PROOF that this was a book. We have never received this book, as I am sure no one has.
We just want this bill to stop coming to us! Here's a tip... If ever anyone calls asking for any information, never, and I repeat NEVER NEVER say the word YES! They will use it against you in their "taped for quality purposes" lingo. I have contacted the FTC and my states Attorney General and am in the process of contacting personal attorneys and Florida's Attorney General. The United States is going through enough without scumbags like this taking legitimately made money!
