How many ways can you say TERRIBLE!!! Just to ask a simple question related to a charge. I spoke to 10 different people, entered my phone number 9 times, was transferred to the wrong department 4 times, given 5 different numbers to call, got the spanish language recordings, transferred to the wrong department 12 times... 45 minutes later I'm still on the line waiting to speak to the right person, in the right state, for the right department... Please fix your service!!!
