I did not receive any furniture for payment made $2,895.00

The Furniture Outlet has provided my credit card company a receipt indicating that the goods were delivered to me; however, the receipt does not bear my signature. My signature was forged on a copy of an invoice created by them to indicate its a delivery slip therefore, my credit card company will release this payment. My credit card company disputed the matter with them for more than six months and in the end they falsified my signature to get the funds released to them. This is a criminal ACT. They are highly unethical with their illegal business practices which are grounds for legal proceedings. They have received payment for goods i DID NOT receive, but yet I'm left with a bill that I will need to pay to avoid collections against myself which is totally unfair to me as a consumer. I have sent a letter demanding the refund of money or for them to provide me with the delivery company information but to date they have fail to comply. They are rated as "F" with the BBB as their are many other complaints against them.
