Hidden Charges

I ordered a Work at Home Job kit in the amount of $1.97 to be billed to my credit card. When my statement was received I was charged $1.97 twice plus two charges of $47.50. I called 1-877-479-9817 on 8-19-09 and spoke to Joy about the hidden charge of $47.50. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit confirmation number. Once I received my new statement the credit had not been applied to my credit card. I then called again on 9-14-09 and Spoke to Vanessa. She assured me that credit would be applied and verifed the confirmation number. I asked to speak to a supervisor? She advised me that they do not have supervisors. After holding and assisting to speak to a supervisor, I was then informed that supervisors don't talk on the phone. She asked if they could help with anything else and she disconnected the call. I called again on 9-23-09 and spoke to Thomas to verify the information because the credit was still not applied. Spoke to Arian on 10-22-09. She suggested to wait for the next bill. Spoke to Eleana on 11-14-09 she informed me that the credit was denied.
