Hidden Charge

I ordered a work a home kit for $1.97 there was apparently a hidden charge of $47.50. The charges were appled to my credit card twice. I called on 8-19-09 spoke to Joy with my concern she then gave me a confirmation for the credits to be given which to this date has not been applied. I have spoken to Vanessa on 9-14-09, Thomas on 9-23-09, Adrian on 10-22-09 and finally spoke to Eleana on 11-4-09. She then informed me that the credits has been denied. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor all of the CSR's stated that supervisors do no talk on the phone. All of the previous CRS's lied about the credits.
