This company needs to be prosecuted under RICO. It is a criminal organization that lies, cheats and steals your money and has the power to ruin your credit. It handles checks for companies like Food Lion, Harvey's Supermarket chain and God knows what else.

My online bank statement said a check bounced to Harverys Supermarket Chain in Georga - a division of Food Lion. Immediately I drove down to Harveys on July 25,09 at 8:00 am to pay off this supposedly bounced check. They said I had no bad check! Nothing. Told me to call Telecheck. I called Telecheck on 9/25 at 10:00 am and spoke with Joel. Said, no you have NO bad check! No problems. Nothing? I asked are you sure? He said yes, absolutely. I nave NEVER had a bounced check I took them at their word. When my statement came in October. I had 2 bounced checks from Harveys, deposited TWICE for a total for $36.00 each time in NSF fees (that's 4 times!) I have NO notice or contact from anyone.

I called the a* on 10/29 and they told me oh yes, you have 2 bounced checks and you own $30.00 on each time it's been redeposited. (thats $30.00 x 4). Finally after talking to 7 liars, I have their name and operator numbers which I am sure are made up, I insisted on talking to a supervisor (ha!) I got "Eric" Op. # EVG" (yeah, right) at 1-800-927-0599, he said same thing, nothing I can do I have to wait to settle with them even because they need the total amount of all those fees. I told them I am not only reporting them to the FCC I am also going to sue each one personally for fraud and theft. He said, "Well you can call Harveys and they can stop collections" This am I drove down to Harveys and they said, no way - it's handled by Telecheck which didnt even handle their checks on the date this supposedly bounced - a date when they say they werent yet on line,

So, Harvey's, Mr. Puller, said call Telecheck. I said look at all these notes! All they are doing is lying to me. Harveys Check recovery division had one person who said to call Telecheck, even after I explained all of this to these pigs.

I am filing with the FTC and going to try to get all of them sued under RICO. This is a criminal enterprise pure and simple. They are going to fry, If anyone is similarly situated with these disgusting companies, contact me via ripoff net. A nice class action suit would just be the begining. I have every name of ever conspirator and co-conspirator in this disgusting company and with the grocery chains who support them
