Telecheck approved Fraudulent checks and now they want payment from me!

On or around September 20, I received a telephone call from a representative from Telecheck services it went as followed:! Hello this is telecheck and we want payment for the bounce checks that you wrote! I explained to the representative that I do not write checks and that this has to be a msitake.

After speaking with the agent further I found that I am a victmin of check fraud. I did my own investigation, and found that the fraudulent checks that were written are templates that anyone can download off the internet, I was livid, I have tried numerous times to contact Telecheck Services, and request copies of the fake checks.

So that I may contact the different companies and provide them with the proper documentation necessary to clear my name. My request has fallen on deaf ears.in the meantime Telecheck has reported these fraudulent bounced checks to all 3 major creditors, which in turn I had to contact and inform them of the situation at hand.

These events occured in late August and early September, and I am still waiting for copies of the checks, it is now December, I have contacted the FTC and the Attorney General office in regards to this request from this company. However Telecheck agents have continually harassed me regarding payment for these fake checks.
